We pride ourselves in providing a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where your children can get active, get fit, and get strong!
Our kids program is for children ages 6-12 and class runs 45 minutes. Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:15pm-5:00pm. Your child's first class is always free!
We currently have all age groups together in one class. As our program grows we plan on dividing these groups into separate classes. Within our classes we focus on each age group with specific detail.
Kids ages 6-8:
Our program is designed to teach not only basic physical skills, but also social skills and confidence. Children learn foundation movements like the squat, push ups, pull ups, climbing, jumping, and elementary gymnastic movements.
More importantly, you will see your child also learns to follow directions, listen, communicate, and play with others. Every class includes game play and positive reinforcement. Your child's confidence, both physically and mentally, will grow with each class.
Kids ages 9-12:
The skills they learn are more detailed and may involve light weights. Exercises will include plyometrics, gymnastics, weight lifting basics, running, rowing, and stretching.
Classes continue to include game play and positive reinforcement, as well as discussions on what was learned in each class.
For this age group we also focus on leadership skills. As children progress through the program, they will be asked to model movements, lead exercises, and demonstrate an ability to verbally explain exercises.
CrossFit for Teens:
We currently do not have a specific teens program in place. As our gym grows and we will strive to impliment a program that is specifically designed and tailored for teens. Once enrollment of this age group increases, we will put that program in place.
At the current moment, we do however allow teens to enroll in our regular adult program depending on their age. They will begin in Level 1 classes, and will learn all the same physical skills, weightlifting movements, and the basics of our program. We take special care with them and make sure they are comfortable in the class and confident.
