Sit Up / Push Up Progression
Do 1 Sit up and 1 push up in the 1st minute, 2 sit ups and 2 push ups in the 2nd minute, etc etc. When you fail to complete the required amount of push up in the minute, remove that exercise from the WOD and continue with the sit ups. The WOD is complete when you fail to complete the sit ups in the required minute.
