40 X Overhead Walking Lunges

30 X Push Ups

20 X Burpee Over Plate

Run 200 Meters

Reps can be broken up any way the partners want.

While one partner works, one partner is holding a plank.

Each partner has to complete an equal amount of work.  

Run has to happen together.
